Prepare the chicken

Season chicken with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.

Add Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, chili flakes, oregano, and thyme. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.

Combine & cook

Return the chicken to the skillet.

Simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked and sauce is creamy.

Finish & serve

Garnish with fresh parsley or basil.

Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
